1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy is developed in accordance with the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security by the operator — LLC RentaTeam (hereinafter — the Operator).

2. Purposes of Processing
- handling inquiries and requests submitted through rentateam.ru / renta.team;
- informing about services and sending commercial proposals upon request;
- concluding and performing contracts with clients;
- HR record-keeping and fulfilling employer obligations;
- compliance with Russian law (tax, accounting, immigration);
- website usage analytics and quality improvement (anonymized data).
3. Legal Grounds for Processing
- consent of the data subject (Art. 6 part 1 clause 1 of 152-FZ);
- performance of a contract to which the subject is a party (Art. 6 part 1 clause 5);
- fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Operator (Art. 6 part 1 clause 2);
- legitimate interests of the Operator (Art. 6 part 1 clause 7).
4. Categories and Volume of Data
The Operator processes the following categories of personal data:
- website visitors who submitted a form: name, email, phone number, company name, message text, link to project brief;
- employees: full name, ID document data, tax number, address, bank details, position, photo;
- counterparties and their representatives: full name, position, contact details, legal entity details;
- anonymized website usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site).
Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.
5. Processing Procedure
Data is processed using a mixed method (automated and non-automated). Personal data is stored in databases located on servers within the Russian Federation (compliance with Art. 18 part 5 of 152-FZ).
Data retention period — until processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn. After expiry, data is destroyed or anonymized.
Data is transferred to third parties only with the subject's consent or in cases stipulated by law.
6. Third-Party Services Used
- Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) — website analytics. Data is stored in the Russian Federation. Loaded only after user consent (cookie banner).
- Yandex SmartCaptcha (Yandex LLC, Russia) — protection of the contact form from spam bots. Data is stored in the Russian Federation.
- Email hosting (Yandex 360, Russia) — handling inquiries submitted via the contact form.
7. Cookies
The website uses the following categories of cookies:
- Essential — required for site operation (session management, language settings). No consent needed.
- Analytical — Yandex.Metrica for visit counting. Loaded only after user consent.
You can decline analytical cookies via your browser settings or by clicking "Essential only" in the banner on first visit.
8. Cross-Border Data Transfer
The Operator does not perform cross-border transfer of personal data requiring subject consent. Primary collection and storage occur on servers in the Russian Federation.
9. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to:
- obtain information about the fact, purposes, and conditions of processing;
- request clarification, blocking, or destruction of data in case of incompleteness, inaccuracy, or illegal acquisition;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or a court.
